2. How OmniGrab Works

OmniGrab's processing servers operate like advanced proxies — they resolve and stream publicly accessible media from third-party platforms directly to the user. OmniGrab:

• Never writes any requested content to disk — everything is handled in RAM.
• Permanently purges all media data from memory once the connection is closed.
• Keeps no download logs and cannot identify any individual user's activity.
• Does not host, store, or cache any third-party media content.
• Does not circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or authentication-gated content.
• Does not reproduce or redistribute copyrighted works on behalf of users.
• Does not grant users any rights beyond what the originating platform's terms permit.

3. User Responsibilities

You (the end user) are responsible for what you do with OmniGrab's tools, how you use the content you save, and how you distribute it. Please be mindful when using the work of others and always credit original creators. Make sure you don't violate any terms, licenses, or applicable law.

You should only download content that:

• You own the copyright to.
• Is in the public domain.
• Is licensed under a Creative Commons or other open license that permits downloading.
• You have received explicit permission from the rights holder to download and use.
• Falls under fair use or fair dealing as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction.

When using downloaded content for educational purposes, always cite sources and credit original creators.

4. Fair Use & Attribution

Regardless of whether your use qualifies as fair use, crediting original creators is always the right thing to do. Fair use and proper attribution benefit everyone — creators get recognition, and audiences can find the original work.

5. No Endorsement of Infringement

OmniGrab does not endorse, encourage, or facilitate the infringement of any copyright. This tool is intended for lawful use only — such as archiving your own content, downloading public-domain works, saving content you are licensed to use, or fair-use research and education.

6. Third-Party Platform Terms

Many platforms (including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others) have terms of service that restrict or prohibit downloading their content. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of service of any platform you access through OmniGrab. OmniGrab assumes no liability for any breach of third-party terms by users.

7. Reporting Abuse

OmniGrab has no way of detecting abusive behavior automatically because the service is fully anonymous and maintains no logs. However, if you have evidence of systematic abuse, you can report it and we will do our best to address it manually:

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

OmniGrab reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the service for any user identified as a repeat infringer or who uses the service in violation of applicable law.

OmniGrab is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. OmniGrab and its developers shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement or other legal violation resulting from a user's use of the service. Users assume all risk associated with their downloads.
